Cancellation Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy By enrolling in any class, workshop, course, or program offered through Kemetic Wellness, you agree to the terms outlined below: 1. No Refund Policy All payments made to Kemetic Wellness are non-refundable. Due to the nature of this healing experience, the sacred preparation, limited capacity and energetic commitment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-participation, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with course content. 2. Closed Community This is a sacred, closed space intentionally created for people of Black African descent for the purpose of reconnecting with their lineage. Please honor this boundary when registering. 3. Enrollment Commitment Enrollment in any course is a commitment to participate in the full experience as designed. Enrollment is non-transferable and non-deferrable. Your access to course materials and learning spaces is granted solely for your personal use. 4. Cancellation by Participant If you choose to withdraw from a course, written notice must be submitted to kemeticwellness@gmail.com no less than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled start date. Withdrawal will be recorded; however, no refunds, course credits, or transfers will be granted. 5. Cancellation or Modification by Kemetic Wellness Kemetic Wellness reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel any class or program due to low enrollment, facilitator availability, or unforeseen events. In such cases, participants will be notified in advance, and reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternate session or offer limited-time course credit, at the sole discretion of Kemetic Wellness. 6. Policy Acknowledgement By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Refund and Cancellation Policy. This agreement is binding upon enrollment and applies to all in person offerings hosted by Kemetic Wellness.
