This class features a sequence of fluid Kemetic Womb Yoga Dance poses designed for womb wellness. We begin by warming up the body using Kemetic arywt (chakra) awakening exercises. We then move into the Sacred Geometry Sequence.
Sacred Geometry represents the four directions and the four elements- air, fire, water, and earth- within nature and within us. This is a series of standing, fluid poses including Sunrise Bliss, Sunset Serenity, Arywt Awakening, Love Supreme, 7 Arywt Check, Four Directions, Time Traveler, Volcano Opens and Erupts. Major benefits of this sequence include increasing coordination, fluidity and divine feminine movement.
The sequence closes out with breathwork and meditation. Class concludes with discussion/ Q&A and the womb wellness affirmation.
